After completing his graduation and master's degree from SRM University, Er. Vinish embarked on a transformative experience in the Middle East. His expertise was instrumental in shaping the Sultanate of Oman's infrastructure, as he played a pivotal role in the construction of massive projects like the Muscat Expressway and the Central Corridor Project. With GALFAR SAOG as his esteemed employer, he spearheaded the execution of numerous bridges, tech-spans, and pipeline projects, leaving an indelible mark on the region's development.

In 2009, Er. Vinish returned to his homeland, India, driven by a deep-seated desire to contribute to his nation's progress. He simultaneously embarked on a dual path as an entrepreneur and an educator, establishing himself as a respected faculty member at SRM University. His passion for imparting knowledge extended to other leading engineering institutions in India, including SNIT (Pathanamthitta) and TKM (Kollam).

Er. Vinish’s contributions to academia extend beyond teaching. His research prowess has led to the publication of several papers in national conferences and journals, further solidifying his reputation as a thought leader in the field of civil engineering. In 2011, his dedication to innovation was recognized when his research project received a scholarship from the State Government, fully funded by TNSCST.

Further demonstrating his versatility and expertise, Er. Vinish served as the DGM of SISCO, a prominent contracting firm in the UAE, from 2017 onwards. His leadership was instrumental in the successful execution of the Dubai Metro Expansion Project, as well as other high-rise and industrial building projects undertaken by the company.
